Research & Development

StormGeo employs highly qualified and experienced scientific staff and undertakes research in different aspects of meteorology and technology worldwide.

The R&D team has a strong focus on quality and data delivery methodology to all our customers. We have 9 people within the department with a PhD degree and 8 people with an MSc degree, or similar. Highly educated scientific staff ensures high quality products and stable deliveries to our customers.

StormGeo has always focused on quality and development of new methods to improve the daily weather and offshore forecasts. Our main focus is to present the offshore and wind energy industries as well as media customers with state-of-the-art products, including advanced modelling in the atmosphere and over the oceans.
