Event details

StormGeo Weather Training for Business & Industry

Houston Marriott South, 9100 Gulf Freeway, Texas

October 18, 2018

There are several key factors in becoming prepared for inclement weather other than just knowing severe weather is imminent. The accuracy and reliability of a weather forecast is crucial, but so too is the response planned in case of a storm. What responses are possible, which are best and when should the response be implemented?

StormGeo’s Professional Weather Training for Business and Industry will give attendees an understanding of the common types of weather that most frequently impact businesses, an understanding of what goes into the creation of a professional weather forecast and how that forecast can be tailored to the specific needs of your business, as well as a discussion related to the best-practices in regards to emergency response plans.

This full-day course will take place from 8:00am–4:30pm and include breakfast and lunch. You will also receive a certificate of completion.
