Online. On Demand. Free.
For the past 26 years, StormGeo has hosted an annual hurricane seminar in Houston, TX as a live event; however, this year we are trying something new -- with the hope of reaching more of our industry peers and clients -- by hosting the same great content online and accessible on-demand as a video series throughout hurricane season instead of our usual live event.
StormGeo's goal during hurricane season is to spread awareness about hurricane safety for business. Our topics in past year's in-person seminars have ranged in scope and focus from employee preparedness and planning to risk mitigation, technological advancements, storm chasing, and more.
We believe that when operations, safety, and finance managers are more knowledgeable about hurricanes, they are better equipped to protect themselves, their facility, and their staff before the hurricane arrives, as well as speed recovery and return to business-as-normal once the storm passes.
That's why our team of expert meteorologists have assembled several educational videos surrounding the hurricane season to help answer some of your most commonly asked questions, provide pointers on planning and preparation, and drive home the point that there is actually something you can do about the weather.
For access to this free video series, simply register using the form, and we will notify you when new videos come available.
