    Jonas is the former CEO of Microsoft Sweden and has held a number of senior positions within Microsoft, including leading the cloud services and software development engagements at Microsoft. He has also worked as a sales leader for consumer mobility solutions and vertical industry solutions in Europe. He is currently an advisor to Microsoft and serves as the chairman of the board of Sitecore as well as a board member of Automic Software, IFS and Tia Technologies.

    Rikke Nielsen joined EQT Early 2010 and is Director in the Mid Market team in the Nordics. Rikke holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. During her studies she completed one semester at Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in Moscow.

    Prior to joining EQT, Ms Nielsen worked 6 years for The Royal Bank of Scotland (previously Alfred Berg ABN AMRO) in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, latest as Assistant Director in the Copenhagen office.

    Carl Martin Borcher joined EQT Partners in May 2012 as part of the Mid Market team in the Nordics.

    Prior to joining EQT Partners, Carl Martin helped establish Moelis & Company in Europe as one of the very first employees in the London office. Before that he worked in the M&A Group at UBS Investment Bank in London and in the Financial Sponsors and Leverage Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York.

    Carl Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Further to this he completed parts of his study at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

    Mr. Langaker has a background in finance, and has a long career as (co-) founder of and cornerstone investor in international technology Companies, several of them within the Energy and Shipping related sector, among them, Geoknowledge (recently sold to Schlumberger) , Hitec Vision/Industries and Resoptima. He is currently serving on the Board of Datarespons (listed OSE), CAMO Software, Star Information Services (SIS) and other Companies engaged in the energy/shipping technology sector.

    Bjørn K. Haugland

    Bjørn K Haugland is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer in DNV Group, and has been a member of DNV Executive Committee since 2008.
    Haugland has extensive board experience, currently holding positions at Forum for Environmental Technology (FFM), NORNER, DNV KEMA and SUSTAINIA.
    Haugland has a M.Sc. in Naval Architecture – Marine Structures and Hydrodynamics – from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.

    Thomas Vogth-Eriksen is Chief Financial Officer in DNV GL Group and member of the DNV GL Executive Committee. Vogth-Eriksen has broad international experience from management positions within the DNV GL Group, most recently as CEO for DNV Business Assurance in Italy and Regional Manager in China.

    Tom Behrens-Sørensen is a board member and advisor to a number of Asian and Western companies, particularly within the shipping industry. He holds positions as Vice Chairman of Odense Maritime Technology Ltd. and Board member of NOL Group, China Merchants Group, Red Sea Gateway Terminal Ltd., ECCO Group and Wrist Ship Supply Ltd.
    Tom has had a 30 year career with the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, of which 25 years in the Asia-Pacific Region, where he championed the company’s expansion to industry leadership positions in China and India. Most recently and until 2009 he acted as Group Executive Vice President and Chairman of the company’s activities in Asia.
    During his tenure as Regional CEO and Chairman of A.P. Moller-Maersk, revenues grew from USD 300 million in 1994 to USD 8 billion in 2009. Tom has been associated with China since 1981 and has been a Beijing resident since 1994.

    Jørgen Peter Rasmussen is chairman of the Board of Qinterra AS, Intrapoint AS and Nobel Oil Limited. He has had a 35 year career in oil service and information technology companies, starting with 25 years in Schlumberger, then as CEO of Atos Origin Nordics, Seawell and Archer, and most recently as the CEO of Qinterra AS.
    He also served as CEO of Schlumberger Smart Cards, the world leading SIM and bank card provider, now known as Gemalto. Jørgen has significant international experience from living and working in Europe, Asia, Africa, Americas, Russia, Caspian and Australia, and he is a regular presenter at international oil service conferences.
    Jørgen has a Master of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics.

    Nina Winther-Kaland

    Nina Winther-Kaland joined StormGeo in 2007. Nina holds a PhD degree in Physical Oceanography. She is specialized in numerical modeling of ocean currents and waves, and has expertise in all aspects of operational oceanography. Her operational role in StormGeo is Research Manager and she has previously been working as Senior Scientist in StormGeo.
