In addition, they supply ships around the world with necessary charts & publications - digital and paper - including all tools to order, update and manage them.

We are growing and need your support as Head of Customer Experience - CX inside our Planning & Navigation team.
As Head of Customer Experience (CX), you’ll be responsible for a global team of specialists that ensure our customers have the right navigation data at hand any time. Whether it is navigational charts, publications or weather data, your team provides the licenses and software solutions to receive, evaluate and utilize the data, allowing customers to optimize their operations.
In addition to managing the team in their day-to-day business activities, you will help to complete the team's transition from a paper chart & publication distributor to a digital navigation data service provider. This directly supports the UN Sustainable Ocean Business initiative, which StormGeo is part of, by reducing physical shipments and use of paper in navigation wherever possible.
