We are seeking two energetic energy market analysis and weather services Sales Managers that want to be right in the center of the ongoing energy transition to a low-carbon future. One position is based in Hamburg, Germany, and one in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of the team, you will help further develop and strengthen our position in the Nordics, Germany and Central Western Europe.

How you’ll contribute

As a Sales Manager, you will primarily work with customers and prospects in the energy market analysis and weather services for surrounding countries. You will receive a well-established portfolio of clients, including some of Europe’s biggest energy and renewable utilities.

Specifically, you’ll contribute to the following:

  • Develop and strengthen an existing, well-established portfolio of clients
  • Win new customers through strategic prospecting, relationship building and sales
  • Help existing customers optimally utilize our products and services
  • Identify how we can help our customers excel in their markets
  • Work closely with our team of dedicated analysts, meteorologists, climate scientists and researchers

What you’ll need

  • Proven sales performance, minimum 3-5 years
  • Professional B2B sales skills and experience, including experience with CRM-system
  • Solid communication and presentation skills with a strong command of business principles
  • Fluency in German and English for the position in Hamburg, verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language for the position in Oslo, verbally and in writing

Desired experience

  • Team player with higher education
  • Relevant knowledge, experience and preferably with established contacts from energy markets, power trading and/or energy trading
  • Energetic and self-driven with strong commercial skills and instinct, proven negotiator
  • Self-driven with close attention to detail
  • The ability to effectively manage your own activities
