The After-Sales Support teams are our clients' first point of contact for charts, publications and related software solutions. They are passionate about clients having the latest and correct editions of charts and publications they require for their voyages. This includes recommendations on further products needed to be compliant at all times.
As Commercial After-Sales Support Specialist based in Athens, you’ll be responsible for our client base in Europe. The European After-Sales Support team is located in Oslo, Bristol, and Athens. Just like them, you will aim to build long-term client relations through great service delivery in nautical charts, publications and planning software solutions.
You have the willingness to pull up the sleeves and go the "extra mile" for clients in urgent need for charts and publications to plan or execute their next voyage.
As a Commercial After-Sales Support Specialist you will be supporting our clients to complete their day-to-day tasks of "moving goods from A-to-B". Together with the team, you will not only work on your "own" clients but also support other After-Sales Support team members when the need arises. We think global and act local, so that clients receive their orders with shortest leadtimes possible.

Apart from our Route Advisory Services and Fleet Performance Management Solutions, StormGeo is also a supplier of nautical charts & publications to ships around the world. The After-Sales Support team, part of the Planning & Navigation product unit, is supplying the digital charts and publications through our s-Planner onboard platform - part of our s-Suite. Where needed, we supply charts and publications as "traditional" paper versions out of our warehouses in Bristol and Hongkong, too.
s-Suite is an innovative software and services suite for shipping customers. It includes Voyage Planning, Onboard Route Optimization, Route Advisory Services and Fleet Performance Management in one complete solution.
