About the Role

Join our team as a Full-Stack Developer (PHP) and be at the forefront of transforming bunkering operations in the maritime industry. Our bunkering software aims to streamline planning and procurement processes, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency. You'll play a key role in developing this innovative solution, integrating features such as fuel sourcing, price negotiation, compliance management, and supplier communication into a cohesive platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in bunkering activities, making a real impact on operational excellence and cost savings. 

Core Requirements

  • Proficiency in Linux environment
  • Strong experience with following tools: MySQL database, Redis cache, PHP 8.1, JavaScript, HTML, NGINX, Composer
  • Familiarity with Laravel 10 and KoolReports reporting framework
  • Hands on experience with DBAL database management and Livewire
  • Passion about backend architecture and technologies
  • A mindset focused on collaboration, where you enjoy discussing, rethinking, and redesigning your ideas in order to achieve shared success with your team and the company
  • Attention to detail, especially around performance, accessibility, reliability, and security
  • Preferring simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and having a good intuition for what will last and scale
  • Proficiency in English, enabling you to communicate fluently with colleagues across the globe

  • Develop, support and improve exciting client-facing applications that have a real impact on bunkering businesses worldwide,
  • Work on cutting-edge features and cloud-based technologies to create a more transparent bunkering business,
  • Take ownership of software features design, development, and integration, and make a real difference to the product,
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and creative team of professionals who are passionate about what they do.
