Main Responsibilities
- Managing system alerts
- Resolving simulation issues with ship reporting data
- Data quality control for ship reporting data from numerous reporting systems
- Modifying and maintaining ship reporting and database
- Sending communications to clients and crew to resolve ship reporting data causing technical issues within StormGeo system
Core requirements
- Demonstrating good problem-solving skills and strong technical acumen within standardized reports
- Ability to identify common issues and being able to come up with procedural and business requirements for technical resolution
- Being able to work within an ambiguous environment primarily driven by client data concerns
