About the job
You will be working alongside development managers, the CTO and CISO, in supporting and assessing of IT systems, controls & policies to deliver stable and predictable products and services to our customer base. You will oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security, systems engineering) and evaluate them according to established business objectives and analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. In addition, your team is expected to provide technical support across all lines of business to ensure alignment of tools and services.
Who you are
You are a dedicated leader who thrives in a global and dynamic work environment. You are also a true team player with experience from driving change and continuous improvements. You have good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
What you know
You have a thorough understanding of different technologies across on-premise and cloud services to support a hybrid product deployment system landscape, blending SaaS and endpoint software based digital products. You have experience from analyzing, implementing and evaluating IT systems and their specifications. Preferably you also have experience from establishing, operating and optimizing Public Cloud (AWS/Azure). Your understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. is profound.
Your team is global but with a strong connection to Norway so you can work out of any of the Scandinavian countries.
This position is open for candidates who hold EU/Schengen passport and requires travelling.
