Senior Marketing Manager - Americas

StormGeo is now looking for an enthusiastic, creative and analytical Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications Team. The right candidate will oversee our Americas marketing strategy and operations and will have the opportunity to implement new innovative ideas within the team. You will also be closely working with our regional sales managers to drive together the growth and retention targets within the market.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate StormGeo’s Americas marketing strategy along our growth and retention targets, and across all industries and client bases
• Create, execute and analyze your regional marketing plans and associated marketing campaigns
• Own and create marketing related content and communication for the regional market (eg writing copy for campaigns, emails, social media posts etc)
• Repurpose global content for local needs, promotions and distribution
• Plan and carry out industry and StormGeo events for our prospects and clients
• Support the strengthening of our brand regionally, and assure the consistent use of brand
• Act as a regional ambassador to the StormGeo story, both externally and internally
• Work closely with the global marketing team, drive and assist in planning and executing various marketing projects

Skills & Attributes for Success

• 5+ years of relevant experience (marketing, communications, lead generation),
• University degree in marketing, business administration, or communications, or relevant to the position
• Proven track record from marketing work within the American market
• Experience and knowledge of the energy, shipping and/or weather intelligence industry is highly beneficial
• Previous experience of working with marketing automation software, CRM solutions and/or graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial
• Fluency in English; other language capabilities are a plus
