About the Role

As a Sales Representative specializing in Shipping and Offshore Solutions, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the shipping and offshore industry. Based in Singapore, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue generation across targeted markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the shipping and offshore industry.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our shipping and offshore solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.

Core Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the shipping, maritime, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
