In StormGeo's Planning & Navigation (P&N) product unit, we achieve this by helping our clients to transition from navigation on paper to digital charts & publications and decision support solutions.

The Customer Experience (CX) teams are our clients' first point of contact for charts, publications and related software solutions. They are passionate about clients having the latest and correct editions of charts and publications they require for their voyages. This includes recommendations on further products needed to be compliant at all times with global regulations.

As Customer Experience Manager Europe, you’ll be responsible for a team of six Customer Experience experts. The team members are located in Oslo, Bristol and Athens. All of them are very experienced in what they do and have long-standing relations to their clients. Ideally, you are based in one of those places or any other StormGeo office location across Europe.

You like to question the ways we do things and enjoy investigating new ones. You are experienced and keen on leading a team (virtually) while involving them proactively in all changes. You want to use all the fancy management tool you learned for your degree. You have the willingness to pull up the sleeves and be hands on in business processes and change management. 

As a team leader for the Customer Experience team you will be managing and supporting the team to complete their day-to-day task. You will help to make the team's business processes "fit for digital" and thereby complete the integration into StormGeo's s-Suite software platform. The changed ways of working need to be mapped and your team needs to be trained on changes. You will be the driver of those activities inside your team.

For you, there's no need to be an expert in our products when you start. Your time in the maritime industry provides you with an understanding on what our clients need to get their ships safely "from A to B". Your future team is experienced in what they do and will support you in getting up to speed on products etc. - no worries.

Apart from Route Advisory Services and Fleet Performance Management Solutions, StormGeo supplies charts & publications to ships around the world. This is the responsibility of the Planning & Navigation (P&N) product unit. Our main clients are ship owners and managers. We help them to comply with international regulations on nautical charts and publications needed for their ships.

The P&N team is supplying the charts and publications in digital format through our s-Planner onboard software. s-Planner is a vital part of StormGeo's "s-Suite" software platform and provides weather data and route optimization solutions to our clients, too. Where needed, we supply charts and publications as "traditional" paper versions out of our warehouses in Europe and Asia.
